Rail Pad

Rail pads are placed between rails and sleepers to protect the tops of the sleepers from wear and impact. The rail pads are kept in close contact with the rails. Generally, the rail pads are made of rubber or plastic insulators, which act as a buffer to suppress the impact of passing train vibrations on the wear of rails and sleepers.

Rail pads are critical to reducing shock and vibration in the rail system, so materials must be wear-resistant.

The rail pads are placed under the rails to share the load on a larger surface, eliminating load concentration and resulting fatigue stresses.

It can absorb the vibration and noise caused by uneven contact surfaces between rails and sleepers

We can provide rail pads for E-type rail fixing system . SKL type rail fixing system and fist rail fixing system , respectively, with the following properties.

1、HDPE

Polyethylene 80%, Vinyl Acetate 20%.
